SHIPPING & HANDLING

We are happy to offer free shipping & returns on your first order use code: riskfree. This offer is US only.

Free shipping on orders over $75 or $5 flat rate shipping.

For orders under $75 USD see shipping costs table below. If Standard Shipping is selected, your order may ship via a variety of carriers. Some UPS orders may be delivered by the Postal Service. Your Shipping Confirmation email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and will provide you with a tracking link.

All orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.

Same Day Shipping: Orders placed before 1 PM EST on business days will begin processing that day.

Orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Ground orders will be shipped within 48 hours of processing.

If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.

Restrictions

CAWCE.com does not offer weekend delivery. Standard Ground service is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes for delivery.

  

Tracking Your Order

Once your purchases are on their way, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. Registered customers can sign in to their account and follow its progress. If you have shopped but haven't created an account with us yet, register now, so you can monitor the status of your order.

Information about any back ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email.

  

International Shipping

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $250.00 USD! Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. Orders under $250 will be charged a flat rate of $50.00 USD. International orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service International Priority Mail. Orders are generally received within 6-10 business days from the ship date. Delivery will be made by your local postal service.

 

Returns & Exchanges

In order to qualify for a return or an exchange, orders must meet the following criteria:

  1. Items must be postmarked within 45 days (14 days for jewelry) of receipt.
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and must include all original packaging, price labels, etc.
  3. Returns and exchanges must include a copy of the order’s receipt.
  4. Some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
  5. Final Sale items may not be returned.

You can send the item back to us using any other trackable method, at your expense. Please be certain to insure the package. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Eligible refunds can only be credited to your original form of payment. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. (Please note that we do not cover the return shipping cost for orders under $75, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.)

Prepaid returns: Affix the prepaid shipping label (included in your first order) to the package. Be sure to cover or remove any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes on the package.

Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for a free exchange. Please send your return request to info@cawce.com. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please note: If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll process a return instead. If this should happen, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the return.
